You Don't Know Me

A young, South-East Londoner was loving life one year ago: he was the best BMW salesman in his area, and was smitten with his beautiful, mysterious girlfriend. Now, though, he finds himself standing trial for murdering another young man from his estate. As the prosecution reels off a list of evidence overwhelmingly pointing to his guilt, he remains adamant that he’s innocent.

Throughout four episodes, he takes us through his incredible story – we learn how this morally upright, hardworking young man went to extreme lengths to rescue his girlfriend from the London underworld.

Now fighting for his life for a second time, he must prove to the jury, and to us, that whilst he’s no angel, he’s also no murderer.
